Job Requirements
- Proven financial management and advisory skills
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
- Excellent computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent English (& Nepali) written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing reports
- Commercial and business awareness, Highly effective planning and organizing skills, including time management and prioritizing within a complex work environment with competing priorities
- Critical thinking as it applies to logic and reasoning to investigate strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusion or approaches to problems
- Demonstrated high levels of professional integrity and discipline
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- An analytical mind and Ability to stick to time constraints
