Finance Manager

Job Description

• Builds and maintains an Account/finance team that provides timely and professional accounting/financial services to the company
• Coaches and mentors direct reports to develop skills and capabilities
• Builds and maintains a strong performance culture
• Actively manages people and financial resources
• Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
• Predicting future financial trends

Job Requirements

• Proven financial management and advisory skills
• Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
• Excellent computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English (& Nepali) written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing reports
• Commercial and business awareness, Highly effective planning and organizing skills, including time management and prioritizing within a complex work environment with competing priorities
• Critical thinking as it applies to logic and reasoning to investigate strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusion or approaches to problems
• Demonstrated high levels of professional integrity and discipline
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• An analytical mind and Ability to stick to time constraints
