Job Description
- Assisting the Director on a regular basis with regards to operational tasks
- Maintaining good working relationship with key personnel
- Handling local and international telephone calls
- Arranging a highly organized schedule of meetings as per the availability and approval
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Secretary
- Minimum Bachelor degree in related field
- Must have good communication skill (English and Nepali - Written and Verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
