Job Description
- To execute the activation plan as per the instructions
- Research & plan on the activation as per the client.
- Assist in preparing activation presentation as per the instructions
- Scout the market for the required vendors for the best rates
- Visit and meet the clients, vendors and anyone related to the activation plan
- Communicate and coordinate with the clients and the vendors
- If required, visit government offices as per the instructions
- Bridge between the clients as well as vendors and the team.
- Prepare reports of the activation plan after it is successfully executed
- Monitors and supervise the activation plan
- Responsible for the entire logistics and production of any activation plan
- Report directly to the management
- Stay updated on the current market trend
- Should be able to correspond via email
- If required, need to assist in other department other than activation
Job Requirements
- Marketing Graduate, preferably
- Prior work experience as Event Coordinator
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good networking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Attention to detail
- Owner of a two-wheeler
- Be able to work under pressure and in any given circumstances
- Flexible to travel outside the city, if required
- Have the keen to-learn attitude and a positive outlook
- Flexible to work late hours
