Job Description
- Proper understanding of all documentation and the stages of processing for U.S., Canada and Australia along with the understanding of application forms and requirements
- Adequate knowledge on general documentation requirements of colleges and universities and process of fulfilling the requirement
- Follow- up with students for documents and application progress
- Must be able to set up a complete process step-by-step for each institution students are applying for
- Proper records keeping, filing and maintenance of documents and database
- Coordinating with each department and peers for their documentations
- Responsible for proper maintenance of all the documents in the facility
- Keeping track of scanned documents and maintenance of students profiles and academic records
- Working in coordination with other team members to ensure the documents of students are legitimate and are arranged in a necessary order
- Ensuring proper documentation of all reports and materials
- Assisting in procuring documents required for their area of responsibility
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Mandatory excellent skills with complete MS WORD package- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and high level of familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work with strong positive attitude.
- Ability to plan and execute the given tasks.
- Ability to handle pressure and criticism.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent multitasking.
- Excellent in organizing documents and data.
- Candidate must atleast have Bachelor's Degree witg 2-3 years of experience in related field.
