Job Description
- Proven track record in people development and achieving results, having experience in leading complete P&L of an assigned Geography
- Leadership experience (leading, steering and coaching of Team),
- Strong in Project Management
- Structured and process orientation to work
- Experience in initiating and implementing Change Management
Job Requirements
- Min of 8-10 years in a senior, people leading position in Construction or related Industry, preferable ASM (Area Sales Manager level), overall should have over 10 + Years of Experience in construction / related industry
- Basic background in Engineering from any stream.
