Job Description
- Attend meetings
- Fix daily, meeting, monthly schedules and goals for all indoor team
- Supervision and training of all tasks to the team (Cooks, Maids, Nanny, Laundry, Preist, Utilities)
- Uniforms, Behavior, health, and personal hygiene of indoor team
- Settling disputes and unresolved issues
- Inventory management of everything indoors
- Budget control
- Repair and maintenance
- Preventive maintenance
- Requests for procurement
- Special events management
- Support with the utility team
Job Requirements
- Preferably, undergraduate in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Valid 2-wheeler license
- Time management
- Problem solving
