Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs
- Keep abreast of industry news and developments to proactively address any potential impact on clients
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed
- Manage client data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure smooth delivery of services
- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
