Chief Finance officer

Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring professional development and high performance.
• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, and public officials.

Job Requirements

•  Master’s in Finance, or CA 
• Must have 15 yrs of experience in Similar role.
• ?Preferred Automobile industries.
• ?Leading financial strategy,budgeting,forecasting & Financial analysis as managing financial operations.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Extensive experience in financial management and strategy.
