Job Description

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction of Building Projects
• Ability to read, understand and summarize trade documents, including drawings and specifications
• Understanding of construction industry processes including cost estimating, planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Site management and  problem-solving skills
• Competent analytical skills
• Ability to work with urgent deadlines, flexible priorities and manage multiple team leaders
• Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelors degree (MBA in Health Care preferred)
• Must have at least 3-5 years in marketing or business development. And 3 years of experiencein business development inhealth care   industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, recruit, and manage a robust pipeline of executive level relationship skills; the ability to close high value and high-profile relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; the ability to close high value and high-profile deals.
• Experience working on strategic negotiations with team leaders at large healthcare organizations.
