Job Description

• Assisting students in making informed decisions regarding their educational journey.
• Providing personalized guidance on suitable study destinations based on individual preferences and aspirations.
•  Ensuring students are well-informed about visa requirements, documentation, and other essential aspects.
• Facilitating seamless communication between students and relevant departments.
• Demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity in addressing student inquiries and concerns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field 
• Previous 1 year of  experience in career counseling, coaching, or related fields
• Strong understanding of career development theories and assessment tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs
• Familiarity with various industries and job markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Certification in career counseling or related areas is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career counseling
