Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth of company.
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Giving the follow up calls to the assigned leads and report.
  • Ensuring the called clients' visit to office.
  • Promoting the events, programmes and seminars of the company by calling the available leads.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in the required field.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant discipline.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
