Business Trainee

Job Description

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• This position will report to lead marketing - India and will be into international marketing.
• Assist with daily business operations in various departments
• Complete assigned tasks and projects
• Learn about company policies, protocols, and processes
• Observe and learn from experienced staff members
• Participate in training and development opportunities,
• Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.

Job Requirements

• MBA Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in the marketing field. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to female candidate 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
• Excellent time management skills.
