Business Development Officer

Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and revenue projections.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
• At least 1 year of Experience in Logistics or transportation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
