- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team work and daily submitting the report to the senior
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in sales field
- Must have own two Wheeler
- Should be proficient in MS Office, good in MIS and email correspondence.
- Able to work in a team.
