Job Description
- eveloping growth strategies and plans
- Identify and pursue business activities for existing and new verticals of the business.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Job Requirements
- Good convincing and communication skill both Nepali & English.
- Strong communication skills; presentation skills
- Commitment to people management; the ability to lead and motivate a team
- A genuine interest in travel.
- Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
