Job Description

Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.

-Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.

-Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.

-Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

-Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

-Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

-Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.

-Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

Manage the distribution of office correspondence, contracts/memos etc.

-Attend phone calls from clients / Parent companies and respond inquires and requests.

-To maintain congenial business relationship with the suppliers for creating a congenial business environment.

-Active communication with the suppliers/brands to be done/ maintain by candidate.

-To keep full data base of imports/sales of EV vehicles – 2 wheeler/4 wheeler in Nepal.

-To keep proper records of all files and correspondence being done.

-To keep on hunting/searching for new vendors/brands to fulfill the requirements of sales of EV etc. in our company.

-Understand and implement the rules and regulations, custom norms, tariff laws with regards to vehicle import and Taxation.
 

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
