BBA Coordinator

Job Description

• Ensuringfaculty requirements are being met as per the course requirements and College/University regulations
• Planning and executing assigned projects and operations within the department.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills in the preparation and presentation of results.
• Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.
• Coordinate with teachers and other departmentsto develop lesson plans and materials.
• Promoting teamwork and collaboration whilst leading the team and BBA academic program.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have completed Master degree with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Preference will be given to applicants with PhD qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the management and the University staff, students and faculty as well as external constituents.
• Experience with leading and managing a team with a demonstratedability to take initiative.
• Abilityto drive the students and staff in the pursuit of attaining academic goals.
• Ability to prioritise workload, work on deadlines and under pressure.
