Audit Manager

Job Description

•    Develop and implement the annual audit plan.
•    Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk within the company's operations.
•    Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the audit plan.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
•    Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
•    Ensure audits are completed on time and in accordance with professional standards.
•    Monitor and report on the status of audit recommendations.
•    Collaborate with management to ensure corrective actions are taken.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
•    Provide training and support to internal audit staff.
•    Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
 

Job Requirements

• Qualification: CA/ACCA
• Experience: At Least 2-4 years experience in the manufacturing company as an Audit Manager (Candidate must worked at least 1 year in Nepal).
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
