Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling products and services.
Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Account Management:
- Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions effectively.
Communication and Negotiation:
- Communicate effectively with clients, conveying product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Handle objections and resolve conflicts diplomatically, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating leadership and strategic prowess.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A track record of success in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
