Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

  •  Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling products and services.

Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Account Management:

  • Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions effectively.

Communication and Negotiation:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, conveying product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Handle objections and resolve conflicts diplomatically, maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Job Requirements

  •  3+ years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating leadership and strategic prowess.
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A track record of success in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
  •  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
