Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan & Recovery to to handle loan, follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within different location. The role requires field visits for follow ups and coordination with clients, making a valid twowheeler driving license mandatory. Loan Support:
- Assist clients in the loan application process, including document collection and verification.
- Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for document verification and loan-related activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to process loan requests efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of loan accounts and client communications.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports on loan processing status, client follow-ups, and field activities.
Recovery Support:
- Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.
- Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts
- Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in loan and recovery processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in loan, recovery, or customer service is preferred. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits efficiently.
