Job Description
- Develop visual materials like images and video as required for effective presentations and participate in the decision process.Ensure all elements are properly prepared and meet the requirements of brand design guidelines.
- Understand commercial marketing, product lines, market segment issues and customer types to be able to recommend customer-focused solution.
- Support brand Director to manage the design process and creative outputs to meet Brand VI Guidelines, Budgets and Timelines.
- Finish other works associated with design, assigned by brand Director.
- Coordination several marketing agencies i.e. vendors, printing companies, event management agencies.Develop & manage vendor relationships, quote projects and creative projects as needed.
- Inventory management of all the branding materials POSM part and OOH part both, i.e. marketing promotion materials,brand materials,gifts,boards and so on.
- Cooperate with sales team for the branding requirements,help to solve materials problems.
- Serve and Guide market team to improve our brand image,provide advises about where and how to put our branding materials especially POSM part.
- Make the research and reviews for different materials effection.Promote new ideas to enhance customer service operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Colleague degree or above.
- Native speaker, fluency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in graphic design with application including but not limited to In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, C4D?and Premiere Pro.And have the experience of materials/inventory management.
- Organized and detail-oriented; Driven, timing, self-motivated and passionate in the process of design and materials management.
