AI Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Flask or Django.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support AI chatbot functionalities.
• Integrate third-party and custom AI/ML APIs for intelligent user interactions.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and AI engineers for seamless system integration.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and continuously optimize backend performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
   

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT Management.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Flask (Django is a plus).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including database schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, security practices, and scalability principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in chatbot development and integration with AI models.
• Exposure to training or fine-tuning machine learning models.
