Job Description
- Motivating, developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Empowering counselors with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- After a student has been enrolled, ensure that they are making timely progress toward their application
- Suggest and gather required documents for various phases of the application and documentation procedure
- Apply and receive offer letters for total enrolled students for various universities/ colleges across the globe
- All proceedings should be manually filed and/or recorded in system records
- Stay updated with university information, tuition fees, application fee and visa policies, immigration, and high commission rules
- During the application process, students and parents are given academic information
- Keep track of all of the student’s counseling information
- Ensure that the entire application procedure is completed only after the Counselor and immediate Supervisor have given their full and final approval
- To ensure the accuracy of the entire application procedure
- Counsel and assist students with the application process in a professional manner
- Ensure that student’s progress and applications are updated on a regular basis
- Follow up with the concerned parties and inform them of the necessary progress
- Understand the documentation requirements for Visa Processing in the various countries (UK, USA, Canada and Australia) where students are studying
- Cooperate with other team members to coordinate documentation to ensure that student’s documents are valid and in the proper order
- Cooperate and coordinate with students to the best of your ability during interview preparation
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with more than or equals to 2 years of experience.
- A positive, self-accountable, proactive and honest person
- Strong organizational skills to give the team directions
- Must have result-driven leadership quality
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Should have pleasing and calm personality to be able to work under pressure
- Should have/ ability to have good public relations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have an excellent command of oral and written English
- Should have good typing skills in English and Nepali when necessary
- Proficiency in Google suites and MS Office package
