Job Description

  • Oversee and monitor weekly financial transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded.
  • Review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper management of working capital.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present weekly financial reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Auditing:
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare for and coordinate external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
  • Identify and address discrepancies and irregularities in financial records.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation and records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Implement and oversee document retention policies and procedures.
  • Pricing:
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for products and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to determine cost-effective pricing models.
  • Claim Process:
  • Manage the financial aspects of customer and supplier claims.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and processing of claims.
  • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims.
     

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(SEMI CA IS Preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Swastik) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
