Job Description
- Oversee and monitor weekly financial transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded.
- Review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements on a weekly basis.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper management of working capital.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present weekly financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for financial performance metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies.
- Auditing:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare for and coordinate external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
- Identify and address discrepancies and irregularities in financial records.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation and records.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Implement and oversee document retention policies and procedures.
- Pricing:
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for products and services.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to determine cost-effective pricing models.
- Claim Process:
- Manage the financial aspects of customer and supplier claims.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of claims.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(SEMI CA IS Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Swastik) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
