- Minimum Wages: The minimum monthly wage in Nepal is Rs. 17,300, with an average hourly wage of Rs. 89, in addition to Social Security Funds.

- Weekly Off: Saturdays are typically designated as the weekly day off.

- Payroll System: In Nepal, the payroll is usually processed on a monthly basis.
