  3. Time Offs/ Leave System: As per Nepal Labor Act 2074 Leave and Holidays can be provisioned as;
  4. Public Holidays in Nepal: Minimum 13 Days
  5. Minimum Wages: Rs. 15000 per month and Rs. 77 per hour (average) Plus SSF
  6. Weekly Off: Saturdays
  7. Payroll System: Monthly
