Job Description

• Ensures the best use is made of technology and business intelligence tools, and that data is clean.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Monitors that all the associates deliver the brand promise
• Oversee the day to day management of the business unit for the given areas
• Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction to ensure service delivery.
• Assist in preparing, updating and implementing an Annual Marketing Plan for the business unit.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline (Engineers not preferred)
• Working knowledge ofMS office applications.
• Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
