Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and address any issues or challenges.
• Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Running or Completed 
• Daily record keeping of Credit follow up. 
• Assisting Admin & Account for Rental Agreement. 
• Must have 2 years experience Credit follow up and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of [industry/sector] trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
