Job Description

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Set sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales ( Preferably within cigarette, liquors)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the cigarette industry, market dynamics, and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
