Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's brand strategy
- Create brand guidelines and ensure their consistent use across all touchpoints
- Oversee all marketing activities that impact the brand
- Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage the brand budget
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Represent the brand to internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- 7-8 years in brand and marketing (in cement,construction, fmcg, mncs)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels (digital, social media, traditional).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
