Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's brand strategy
  • Create brand guidelines and ensure their consistent use across all touchpoints
  • Oversee all marketing activities that impact the brand
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage the brand budget
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Represent the brand to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • 7-8 years in brand and marketing (in cement,construction, fmcg, mncs)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels (digital, social media, traditional).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
